We believe education is a powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty. HEI provides scholarships for children and youth from underprivileged backgrounds, ensuring access to quality education from primary school through tertiary institutions. Our scholarships cover tuition, uniforms, learning materials, and mentoring support.
Our reading rooms serve as safe and inspiring spaces where children and young adults can engage in learning beyond the classroom. Stocked with age-appropriate books, these rooms also host community book clubs, reading competitions, and literacy programs to promote a culture of lifelong learning.
We organize community talent hunts to discover and nurture young people with exceptional abilities in music, art, sports, writing, science, and other areas. Winners receive mentorship, tools, and platforms to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
HEI empowers individuals—especially women and youth—through hands-on vocational training in areas such as tailoring, digital skills, hairdressing, soap-making, catering, and crafts. We support trainees in launching their own businesses and becoming economically self-reliant.
Through our micro-credit schemes, we provide low-interest, small-scale loans and financial literacy training to startup entrepreneurs in underserved communities. This initiative helps families grow sustainable businesses, increase household income, and improve their standard of living.
We work with rural farmers to promote sustainable farming practices, provide training, seeds, and tools, and encourage the adoption of climate-smart agriculture. Our aim is to improve food security and create agribusiness opportunities for rural dwellers.
Recognizing the emotional and physical toll on missionaries, we provide retreats and Sabbath Holiday experiences for rest and spiritual renewal. These breaks help missionaries return to their work with renewed strength and vision. We also offer material and prayer support for mission fields.
Through our Triple-L Academy (Learn, Lead, Light), we mentor emerging leaders from faith-based and community backgrounds. The academy equips participants with character-based leadership skills, public speaking confidence, vision alignment, and servant leadership values.
This faith-driven women’s network leads regular prayer gatherings and community outreach focused on family restoration, youth awakening, and national transformation. The initiative also supports widows, single mothers, and intercessory leaders with tools for spiritual impact and emotional healing.
